John Hewitt & the New Americans: Far West Album Release Tour

John Hewitt & the New Americans are one of Edmonton’s finest acts.

Touring over 150 dates per year across North America they are celebrating the release of their 10th album “Live From the New Moon Folk Club”. On January 23rd 2026 they enjoyed a sold out show to 450 people at the famous Canadian folk club and were fortunate enough to have local radio in to record the show. Their Far-West Tour 2026 will celebrate the release of this live album with 60 tour dates across Western Canada and the US.

If you like John Prine, Tom Petty, Van Morrison, Neil Young and Bob Dylan you’ll not want to catch this harmony-laden group on their biggest tour to date!
