Jesse Roads

Friday, January 16th

The Red Deer Blues Society and the Red Deer Public Library have partnered to present a series of Music Related workshops presented by local musicians and technicians.

Our next workshop is hosted by Jesse Roads of Deer City Records. Jesse will be our speaker for this Friday’s workshop at the Downtown Branch of the Library in the Snell Auditorium.

There will be two sessions, one for students ages 12-17 at 1:00 PM with a presentation and a brief Q&A about the steps and requirements to record your music.

The adult session begins at 3:00 PM and will follow the same format.

Everyone is welcome, however, to ensure your space, please register before the sessions is a good idea.
Just check out the RDPL website and follow the links to the upcoming events page.

———————————————————————————-

The CKUA Events Calendar is a listing of music, arts, and culture happenings for the whole province. It is a terrific resource that CKUA offers to the community, to share details about concerts, gallery openings, plays, and films.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we'd love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
