Jay Coda Walker

Sunday, November 9th

Jay Coda Walker– Live in the Community Presented by Calgary House Concerts

Award-winning country and blues artist Jay Coda Walker brings his signature “Rocky Tonk” sound — a heartfelt blend of roots, blues, and country storytelling — to every stage he plays. From the Grand Ole Opry to Calgary’s own Jack Singer Concert Hall, Jay has entertained audiences with powerful performances that bridge generations and connect communities.

Recognized with the CCMA Rising Star Award and winner of the International Memphis Blues Challenge, Jay has also shared the stage with world-renowned artists including Jonny Lang and America. Whether it’s a foot-stomping blues groove, a heartfelt ballad, or an original song from his catalogue of hundreds, Jay’s shows create an atmosphere that is both warm and unforgettable.

———————————————————————————-

The CKUA Events Calendar is a listing of music, arts, and culture happenings for the whole province. It is a terrific resource that CKUA offers to the community, to share details about concerts, gallery openings, plays, and films.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we'd love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
