Horizon Heating Party featuring Kate Stevens

You are invited to join friends, family, and colleagues of Horizon Heating and CKUA on Saturday May 24th at Citizen Brewing Company for our first Charity Beer launch party.

We have some seats set aside for us but the bar is open to the public as well. We will be there around 6pm until closing! We have the fabulous Kate Stevens performing a few songs starting at 7pm.

A few weeks ago the Horizon Heating team took part in brewing our own beer! This beer, the Summer Sessions Charity Ale, is a joint venture between Horizon Heating and Citizen Brewing. Proceeds from sales of the beer will go to supporting patient services and local research through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.

We have been supporting the LLSC for over 18 years now and this is another fun way to promote and support the important work that they do. Citizen Brewing will be selling this beer at their location and we will also have this at our events throughout the summer, including our annual golf tournament that is taking place on August 22nd this year.

There will be information on the golf tournament, as well as a draw for two tickets at the Saturday May 24 event. There will also be information on the Light the Night annual fundraising event put on by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Citizen’s is kid friendly, has lots of choices for beer and other drinks, and the food is fantastic.
