Duo Bellanota

Bellanota is a captivating Edmonton-based duo, where the masterful cello of Kasia Saturna and the accomplished classical guitar of Valentina Benvenuti blend in a unique harmony. Kasia Saturna hails from Szczecin, Poland, where her journey with the cello began at the age of eight. A Master of Music degree at the Gdansk Academy led to a position as principal cellist of the Szczecin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, a position she held for 15 years. Valentina Benvenuti began her musical journey in Pesaro, Italy, at the prestigious Rossini Conservatory, from which she graduated with a Master’s Degree in Classical Guitar Performance. Her performances span solo engagements and chamber music, and she is also a passionate music instructor and the conductor of adult and youth guitar orchestras in collaboration with Renee Perez.
