new home in MacEwan’s Triffo theatre!

And they do it in style presenting A Salute to Tommy Banks!
An evening not to be missed of composition and arrangements from the esteemed senator
and music closely associated with his storied career!

Senator Tommy Banks was not only an Edmonton musical mainstay and internationally recognized performer
but he was also a major influence on multiple generations of Edmonton musicians and helped launch MacEwan’s renowned music program.
It’s only fitting that Edmonton’s best big band pays homage to the man in many ways responsible for their existence,
as they celebrate their new home with an evening of stellar musical pyrotechnics in a stunning state of the art theatre!
