Wheat Halo https://wheathalo.com/
Making a departure from, or maybe running parallel to their Alt/Classic Country roots, Wheat Halo revels in the collective ensemble approach for their debut album, Initiation Well. “Since the music is our focus rather than any one member of the band, the songs become bigger than the people playing them.” Murder ballads, snarky political statements, smart songs, cutlery, swirly guitars, cookie sheets, thumping drums, an angelic vocal chorus, pumping accordion- these are the sounds on Initiation Well.
