Chorealis Choir Cabaret

Friday, April 17th

Chorealis, the choir at the Unitarian Church of Edmonton, is having a cabaret on Friday, April 17 and it would be more fun if you joined us!

The choir will start things off, followed by three guest artists, with a couple “’tweener” acts. There will be snacks, drinks and great company. Details are below.

Tix are $20. Call 780-454-8073 to reserve yours.

Performer info:
Daylin Jørgensen (daylinjorgensen.com) – With a voice rooted in 70s–90s country and lyrics laced with wit and warmth, Daylin blends tradition with a fresh, introspective edge. She performs a wide range of styles, with a focus on county/folk, and will do an acoustic set.

Marten Borch – fresh from the New Moon Folk Club. On stage, Borch performs solo—but you’d never guess it. The sheer fullness of his sound, rhythm, and presence often leaves audiences convinced they’re hearing a full band. He is an amazing singer, songwriter, fiddler and harmonica player!

Yvonne Boon – an Edmonton pianist and multidisciplinary artist from Edmonton. She will be playing Studio Ghibli film music, piano pop covers, and jazz standards.

———————————————————————————-

The CKUA Events Calendar is a listing of music, arts, and culture happenings for the whole province. It is a terrific resource that CKUA offers to the community, to share details about concerts, gallery openings, plays, and films.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we'd love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
