Chinook Blast at Arts Commons

Friday, February 9th - Saturday, February 10th

On February 9 & 10 at 7:00 p.m., Arts Commons is giving Olympic Plaza a FREE 45-minute blast of udderly  joyful, spontaneous, and exciting performances to get you moo-ving. From the Chinook Blast mainstage, our hosts – visual artists Anthony Russell and CHISH – will wrangle an art explosion from spoken word performer Priscille Bukasa and brass band phenomenon Cowtown. Accompanied by an onstage DJ, Chinook Blast at Arts Commons will give you the boost of energy you need to keep on skating, exploring or art-going for the rest of the night!

The artists featured are part of the TD Incubator and RBC Emerging Visual Artist programs, part of Arts Commons Connects. You can also see these artists on February 9 & 10 in the TD Amplify series performance of Wakefield Brewster Presents, Pt. 2, performed in the Engineered Air Theatre at 8:00 p.m.
