Chaparelle and Scott Ballew

Sunday, July 7th

Buckaroos Cabaret is back, live at The Pioneer from July 5-7, just in time for Stampede.
Featuring a heavily curated list of international sensations and beloved Western Canadian artists, they are kicking off Stampede with some true, western hospitality.
On July 7, Zella Day and Jesse Woods will be making their debut Canadian appearance as Chaparelle, along with Texan, Scott Ballew.

Chaparelle is one of the fastest growing acts to hit the Americana/Roots scene this year, playing festivals such as Under The Big Sky, Newport Folk Fest, Austin City Limits and Willie Nelson’s Luck Reunion. Joining them is fellow Texan, Scott Ballew. A native of Austin, Ballew has turned heads through his impressive collection of film and music work with artists such as Ryan Bingham, Jimmy Buffet, Terry Allen, Jack Johnson, Margo Price and more.

Ticket options include:
General Admission – $55
VIP Ticket – $85 (includes access to private hosted bar and front of the line entry)
Weekend Festival Pass – $145 (pass valid from July 5-7)

———————————————————————————-

The CKUA Events Calendar is a listing of music, arts, and culture happenings for the whole province. It is a terrific resource that CKUA offers to the community, to share details about concerts, gallery openings, plays, and films.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we'd love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
