Cara Lianne McLeod has curated a show all about love, with personal anecdotes woven through jazz, pop, and blues: tender and heartwarming in one moment, funny and vulnerable in the next. Working closely with Neville Bowman (piano, vocals, and arrangements), the show features jazz standards like “Cheek to Cheek” and “Sentimental Journey”, and duets like “I Won’t Dance”.   

From intimate backyard performances to concert hall stages, Cara has captivated audiences with her disarmingly joyous and meaningful approach to music. She has released 7 recordings, from pop to blues, with more original songs on the way. After a sold-out debut at the infamous Yardbird Suite in 2025, Cara reappeared with Neville in March of this year alongside top Edmonton musicians. In addition to her performing and recording projects, Cara also curates and hosts In & Out of Love, a radio show exploring love and relationships, which streams worldwide on Big E Radio, and she continues to teach in masterclasses and workshops. 

Neville’s career is a testament to versatility. Starting as a pipe organist and heavy metal aficionado, his journey spans jazz, funk, symphonic works, and musical theatre, from New York, to the vibrant scenes of Tokyo, and across Canada. His multi-faceted expertise has made him a sought-after pianist, vocalist, producer and performer. 

Rounding out the band will once again be some of Edmonton’s top musicians – Joel Gray on trumpet, Rubim de Toledo on bass, and Kevin Brereton on drums.
