Canada’s Music Incubator’s Artist Entrepreneur West Artist Showcase
Join us in celebrating the eleven artists involved in Canada’s Music Incubator’s Artist Entrepreneur West program, taking place for the first time, in Edmonton at the Yardbird Suite.
Co-Presented by the Yardbird Suite.
The five-week professional development program for emerging Western and Northern Canadian artists, concludes with the AE West Showcase, a free live concert.
The evening will feature all eleven artists, each performing two songs and demonstrating the depth of genre and artistry in this year’s AE West cohort.
Based on Canada’s Music Incubator’s long-running Artist Entrepreneur program, AE West is presented in partnership with the National Music Centre and designed to help emerging artists build their businesses. Artists work closely with CMI’s team of mentors on a variety of topics to grow their careers, from publishing to new release strategy to performance coaching. They will also be introduced to a wide range of active music industry professionals. Artists also have ongoing access to CMI mentors and industry resources post-program.
