Calgary Dragon Boat Festival

The Calgary Dragon Boat Race & Festival is an exciting mix of dragon boat racing cultural celebrations featuring a main stage of entertainment beer garden, retail merchants, and food trucks.

The Race & Festival strives to create an unforgettable experience while promoting teamwork and inspiration while respecting the land & water we play on.

The Race & Festival is one of Calgary’s premiere sporting events and family-friendly festivals. Taking place at North Glenmore Park the event will draw over 1,250 competitors and 3,000 spectators.

To support small local businesses which have been hit hard in the last couple of years the Calgary Dragon Boat Society has organized 50 vendors and 15 food trucks to participate in the festival.
