Broadway Baby

Your Central Alberta Chamber Orchestra presents their season finale – Broadway Baby, featuring David Gibbons and Sharon Braun. From the Lullaby of Broadway to the Lion King and so much in between. Celebrate Fathers Day with music. Dads get in free.

Join CACO on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Gaetz Memorial United Church in Red Deer for an afternoon filled with the excitement, emotion, and unforgettable melodies of Broadway. From the vintage glamour of the Ziegfeld Follies to today’s blockbuster musicals, Broadway Baby promises something for every theatre lover.

Audiences will enjoy performances by guest vocalists accompanied by the full orchestral sound of Central Alberta’s own professional musicians. The concert will also showcase the next generation of performers as CACO’s high school interns take the stage in selections from The Lion King and West Side Story.

As a not-for-profit organization comprised entirely of local professional musicians, the Central Alberta Chamber Orchestra is dedicated to enriching the cultural life of Central Alberta while providing educational and performance opportunities for young artists.
