Brett Cassidy

You may recognize him from Calgary psych-rock stalwarts, The Ashley Hundred, but on his own, Brett Cassidy’s alter-ego is a country crooner counting Townes Van Zandt, Marty Robbins, and Hank Williams among his influences. A multi-instrumentalist, he has stepped out from the comfort of the backing band to stand centre stage with just his guitar (and sometimes banjo) in tow. Cassidy’s solo sound creates a space for those forgotten in time to stomp their feet alongside a suitcase kick drum.

Music kicks off at 7 p.m.! As always, there’s no cover charge, the full Nash menu is on offer, and Happy Happy runs ALL NIGHT!
