Blue Honey and the King Bees with Isabella

Saturday, January 24th

The Red Deer Blues Society is hosting the “Friends of Live Blues and Jazz” mentoring program at the Vin L Den in Red Deer.

This is a Kick-Off Party for our “Live Music in The River City Program” sponsored by the City of Red Deer, mentoring talented youth and women by having them open for more seasoned performers shows. I first heard Isabella sing at an open mic and immediately asked her if we could introduce her to audiences in Red Deer in 2026. Thankfully she agreed and will be opening for myself, AKA Blue Honey and the King Bees.

Tickets are $15 and available at Eventbrite.ca for advanced and are $20 at the door.
Doors open at 6:00 PM.
Seating at 6:30 PM.
Show starts at 7:00 PM.
Our Purpose is to Promote the Blues Genre and Support Local Musicians.
Our license is for members and guests so make sure we hear from you to put your name on the guest list.
You can also purchase your ticket via email transfer to rdbs.tickets@gmail.com

———————————————————————————-

The CKUA Events Calendar is a listing of music, arts, and culture happenings for the whole province. It is a terrific resource that CKUA offers to the community, to share details about concerts, gallery openings, plays, and films.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we'd love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
