Banff Pride Festival 2026
Banff Pride Festival is Alberta’s autumn Pride: October 2 to 12, 2026, in Banff National Park.
The festival combines community programming, live performance, nightlife and the outdoors. It opens with the Pride March down Banff Avenue and Flag Raising on Friday October 2, then runs through two weekends of drag, burlesque, live music, a drag brunch, a Pride Market at Mason Hall, Taste the Rainbow at restaurants and bars around Banff, and Pride OUTdoors programming on the trails. Drag headliners include Kerri Colby and Miss Fiercalicious; Banff Punk Night brings The Last Mile, Danger Box, The Deadly Skulls and Jonny Rocketman’s Atomic Tango to the Pump and Tap. It closes on Thanksgiving weekend with Big Gay Burlesque and Amateur Strip at Mason Hall.
Banff Pride Society is a volunteer-run non-profit, and the festival draws most of its audience from outside town: Calgary, Edmonton, Canmore and further afield. Community events are free; ticketed shows start at $15 plus fees, with early bird pricing until September 14.
