Ashley Ghostkeeper

Wednesday, October 1st

Home Routes concerts return to Grimshaw, with the first one on Wednesday, October 1 with Alberta artist Ashley Ghostkeeper.

“Ghostkeeper is a proud Métis-Cree artist whose heartfelt song writing and powerful voice have earned her growing recognition in Canada’s country and Indigenous music scenes. Known for blending classic country sounds with personal storytelling, Ashley has landed three #1 hits on the Canadian Top Indigenous Music Countdown and features on playlists like Apple Music’s The Lodge and Indigenous Now.

With roots grounded in family and tradition, Ghostkeeper continues to inspire through music, performance, and mentorship.”

Tickets are $25, can be purchased ahead of time at Grimshaw Municipal Library, or at the door, and all funds go directly to the artist. Doors open at 6:30 pm, and the music starts at 7 pm. Call 780-332-4553 for more details.

———————————————————————————-

The CKUA Events Calendar is a listing of music, arts, and culture happenings for the whole province. It is a terrific resource that CKUA offers to the community, to share details about concerts, gallery openings, plays, and films.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we'd love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
