Art for Peace

Saturday, December 6th

Ploughshares Calgary Society invited you to join us on December 6 for Art for Peace: A Community Appreciation Event, an afternoon dedicated to exploring how art can inspire peace, justice, and hope.

There will be a silent auction supporting Ploughshares Calgary Society including a donation from Pedro Reyes from Artist Against the Bomb, local visual art, a photoshoot package and more.

Enjoy live music by Doug Waite, a Calgary Folk Fest songwriting contest winner and Mint Records recording artist.

Come participate in hands-on activities including our Vision for Peace collage and Messages of Hope Time Capsule.

This free, all-ages, informal afternoon includes light bites and refreshments. We look forward to seeing you then.
