CKUA is a non-profit arts and culture media organization with deep roots in Alberta. Our radio programs are curated and produced by real people who bring their broad expertise, knowledge and enthusiasm for music, arts and culture to air and online everyday.
Most of the annual cost to operate CKUA is generously funded by donations, advertising and sponsorship from our loyal community of listeners and supporters. As we look to the future with a view of the everchanging broadcast media and technology industry, fundraising activities like the CKUA 50/50 Raffle are essential for CKUA to keep the music playing and endure as Alberta’s voice for music, arts and culture.
